Working with Consultolga

The first thing you’ll notice about me is my enthusiasm, passion and honesty. I enjoy helping people and companies work through their problems and I find it exciting if I can help you make money. If I don’t think I can help you, I’ll say so. I may even suggest someone who can if I can’t.

Having been around for awhile I’ve worked with very senior and very junior staff. Some individuals didn’t really want to work with me, but when they do they change their minds. That’s because I listen to their concerns and I try to help them achieve what they want to achieve. And they can see the depth of my experience and how that can help them.

I’m very organised and if I need certain information from you it’s best to give it to me in one go, not in dribs and drabs, it helps you organise yourself too. Often I’ll need to do some research within your company to find out what the problem is. You can rest assured that I’m very discreet and I won’t go telling fibs on anyone. So everyone will be able to talk freely, which is what I want.

I’ll ask you to do some thinking as well. Quite often you just don’t have time to stop and think but it’s important to take this time out and answer the questions I ask. You may even find yourself offering more information than you thought was important. Don’t worry if it doesn’t gel or make sense, I’ll sort that out.
